Hey Nest!!!
I can’t get you to reset my password so I can’t disconnect my camera from my nest app and when I get told to use google- I can’t add the product cuz it’s already in use BY ME BUT I CANT GET INTO THE APP TO DISCONNECT IT OR USE IT!
And your frigging service is asking for me to use this forum versus having a frigging PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. YOU SUCK.

The most likely reason for not receiving a password reset email is when you are inadvertently using an incorrect email address. If that's the case, there is not much Google Nest can do. If you do have the correct email address, this is Google Nest's Help topic, "Change or reset your Nest Account password":

To contact Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
