Nest wired cam can't reach camera

 I don't know why this thing is not working, The doorbell video works great. I have reset it, I have redone the whole setup and it still does not show video after setup was done and it was working at first. What can I do besides return this thing?

So I removed and did the setup again. Same issue. I sometimes get a picture but if I leave and go back it says

"Can't reach this camera"  I have it close to the router also. Not sure what's wrong with it

Glad to hear the router reset worked for you!  This is why so many of our responses involve a reset.. it's amazing how often it works!
