Hi I just bought this best cam and I can not get it to connect to the Google home app or nest app. Say that it can not be found even when I scan the QR code.

Just to confirm, you have the Nest Cam Indoor? Refer to this article to check:

Assuming it is Nest Cam Indoor, that is setup using the Nest app (not Google Home app). Follow these steps:
