Nest wired doorbell stopped working (not ringing indoor chime)

I just installed it a day ago.  it worked. Now it doesn't. The indoor chime still works ( I tested it by removing nest wires and next doorbell and touching outdoor wires together). I discovered that on the nest app the "indoor chimes on/off" slider was"off" and was sure this was the issue but when I slid it to "on" it still didnnt work.  I check all wiring connections and that's not the issue either. I'm getting video from the doorbell fine and it's own outdoor chime works. Anyone have any other ideas?  I'm thinking software issue. Maybe there is a way to reset doorbell or should I reinstall phone app?

I just fixed it. In the app click on chime duration. Then make sure that electric chime is toggled to on. Then make chime duration 1 sec. It works now every time.
