@MplsCustomer @Lance_L Thanks to both of you for your responses to my initial post. It didn't give me the ability to upload a picture when replying, so I created this new topic and provided a link to the original post below. I had reviewed the "Help" topic and everything looked to be appropriate. I replaced the transformer from the 16V 10VA to a new 16V 30VA and there is still a little buzzing sounds. I don't have a picture of the wiring of the transformer, but I can confirm that it has 3 wires and I connected the ground to the green wire, white to white and black to black, and the red and white low voltage wires to the terminal screws on the front. This was consistent with the old transformers wiring. I've attached a picture of the current chimes. I didn't change the low voltage wiring from how it was originally and attached the white chime puck as instructed. Unless anything looks unusual, I think perhaps my next step is to request a new chime puck.
