please don't buy Google products. I tried with get a replacement 119 Doorbell and Google pull out all excuse in the book and no one can answer only LIES after LIES 

Sorry GOOGLE as big company they are, they will nevey be APPLE, customer is ZERO 

Please be aware everyone prior to buying any GOOGLE product, I got similar problem and NEST thermostat.

I mean, if this post is an example of how you communicated with Google, I wouldn't expect to get too far with them, either. Instead of creating a post to blast Google, which will go into the void as time passes, tell the community what your issues are.
