We recently lost our nest aware subscription. We know that the Dropcam’s need to be replaced before April 8 but received no email for the credit towards new cameras. Are they not covering the cameras in full? Waiting for a callback on our support ticket currently.

Can you share the case ID from your interactions with the support team so I can check what happened?
