Hello all,
Have just paid Nest Aware subscription and still don’t see “sound alert Option” for my Nest Cam devices?
Anyone aware how I can troubleshoot?

Which cameras do you have? The 2nd gen cameras--unfortunately--only have an option to detect smoke detector and fire alarm sounds, under Settings | Events | Heard events for the camera in the Google Home app.
For 1st gen cameras, go to Settings | Notifications | Sound for the camera in the Google Nest app.
You should have those options even if you don't have a Nest Aware subscription.

Thanks-appreciate the feedback.
I have the second generation battery operated cameras with the accessory plug in cable added. At is issue is even though I subscribed to Nest aware under “settings” it only gives me the options for “people”, “animals”, “vehicle”, “motion”.
My expectation was do see “sound” appear as a choice once I paid….
If it is not available “in Canada” it would have been nice to see this disclaimer before paying.
Still hoping it’s “user” error…:-)

As I said earlier, the 2nd gen cameras, including the battery cameras, only have an option to detect smoke detector and fire alarm sounds, under Settings | Events | Heard events for the camera in the Google Home app. It is NOT listed under Settings | Events | Seen events because it's NOT a seen event.
