Still looking for:
1. 4 color coded zones in the scrub stream like in Nest app and in automations
2. Automation for Nest cams including scheduling to turn on notifications for people in garage zone or in front yard of my Nestcam at night between 11pm and 7am.
3. Gemini automations for Nest cams (not just turn on / off).
4. WiFi signal strength at our Nest cams.

YES! I agree with these a lot. I don't understand why Google de-prioritized ZONEs in the Google Home app. Even with the Gemini enhancements I will wan to get an audible alert if someone is in my driveway but not walking on the sidewalk in from of my house.
And not sure if people will agree but I FAR prefer the horizontal time line in the nest app over the Vertical time line in the google home app.

Still hoping Google adds these features soon—especially automation by zone and better WiFi insights. Would make Nest cams way more useful! On a lighter note, anyone into sonic.exe coloring pages for a fun break? Keeps the tech stress away for a bit!

and better wifi insights 🌟.. troubleshooting Nest cams has always been very awkward .. My Wyze cams have always provided signal strength (in device info) and also data transfer rate right on the cam screen.

I definitely agree on the zones. The setting up of zones is deeply hidden so that I do not expect GoogleHome people are aware that they can monitor 4 different viewing areas for the Nest cam especially as it currently takes about 5 clicks to find out which zone an event is in. and as you say no way to be informed or take action for zone events.
I also like the horizontal scrubbing of the nest website. I expect they went vertical as the app was probably original designed for the smartphone which is more suited to vertical for scrubbing.
For those reading here.
Do you know what 4 colored ACTIVITY zones are for your Nest cam?

Another thing I REALLY miss from the NEST side is to be able to save a CLIP and just send someone a link to view it. It was super easy and efficient. Not so much now on the GOOGLE HOME side.
