New Google Nest Doorbell not responding to anything

Just bought this doorbell to replace my old nest hello that just stopped working.  Trying to set it up and just get the slow yellow blinking light.  No matter what I do it just stays like that.  Tried resetting it and it doesn't respond to resetting.  Held the reset button on the back for over a minute and it did nothing.  Any ideas?

A yellow blinking light means "your doorbell isn't getting enough power" (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9268073?hl=en&sjid=1193999889222331020-NC#zippy=%2Cgoog...).

Does your doorbell transformer meet Google Nest's requirements (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/12153643)?

Thank you, I checked the transformer and it didn't meet the requirements.  Got a new one and worked right away.
