New Nest Camera Dead and Won’t Charge

Outdoor nest camera with plug-in went dead and now we cannot charge it via the USB charger. Before it was connected, it went dead. It was charging fine on the USB. Now we can’t even get a light to turn on.

Do you have the 1-meter charging cord or the 10-meter optional charging cord plugged into the bottom of the camera with the cord feeding towards the FRONT of the camera?

(We've had a battery camera since Sept. 2021, plugged in with the optional charging cord, and it's been "Live" and online ever since.)

How old is the camera?  If it is 1 year or less then most likely Google will replace it under the warranty.  If you want to try asking them for help you can open a support ticket here and speak with someone at Google.  (This is just a user forum and Google does not respond here normally).
