New NestCam not live recording, only reports "still shots" and I have NestAware! Why?

I currently have (1) Nest Cam about 2 years old and purchased Nest Aware for the additional recording days. I did migrate it over to Google a while back. But I have NO PROBLEMS with recordings, scanning or accessing my front yard camera through Google. Everything works fine on my phone, Ipad or computer.

But here's my problem!!! I recently purchased an additional Nest Cam for my backyard. Install and startup went perfect no issues! However, all this camera does is shoot "stills"! I can't scroll any history because nothing is recorded except the stills!

What good are still photos that show NOTHING!!!

I was under the impression from the advertising (benefits) when I purchased the NestAware plan, that any additional cameras I added were covered under that plan for the duration of the contract?

 

So my question at this point is simply... How do I activate the "identical" recording functions and storage etc. features I'm paying for already annually for my front yard camera?

 

** Note To Moderator** If you respond in kind to me with more Google E, Gobble E  - lame "we don't really know" or BLAH BLAH BLAH,  as I have seen in some of these forum responses!!! OR WORST YET, respond and tell me my only option is to purchase another NestAware subscription! And if that's the case, you can be sure I'll remove both of these cameras and i'll be requesting a refund of my current subscription! AND THEN! IMO! My Anti-Google/Nest campaign outlining what I consider vague, duping and deceptive business practices surrounding the Google/Nest crossover and your lack of REAL ANSWERS to angry customers needing help with their issues... NOT EXCUSES!!!!!!

So here's how it will go down. I'll begin by presenting my concerns regarding Google/Nest products and business practices, then questioning and surveying responses on FB, Twitter, Instagram and Tick Tock. Then I'll reach out to a very close family member who owns a large and substantial advertising company for his help reaching other avenues and resources to share this unnecessary debacle. 

So in closing, while my rhetoric and disposition may seem a bit hot, stressful and direct... I like many customers are simply tired, worn out and angry with everything these days, and most certainly corporations who continue to offer high praise for their products/services, then once someone's hooked buy a purchase and has problems... it's merely 'Lip Service" in many cases! Unacceptable in the business environment I grew up in over the last 50 years!

Thank you for taking the time to read, and hopefully listen? to what I and others are requesting! I look forward to your prompt response and acceptable plan of action to resolve my problem?
