The device worked perfectly for around a month and went dark just yesterday. I have tested the wifi and other devices are fine. My other cameras also are functioning properly. Is this a known issue with this device/service? I have it installed in an inconvenient to reach place on my house so I'd prefer a solution/workaround other than climbing up there to reset the device. Has anyone else had this happen and know of a solution? I also can't access

Apparently this was a Google service issue as the camera eventually came back online without doing anything the next day.

Also, when I look up, the status light is green and in the app it says that the battery is 100%
