I changed my WIFI provider and now I can't get me Cameras or Doorbell to reconnect to the Home App. I removed the devices from the app and tried to reconnect. I could not get past the point of finding the camera, I moved the camera and my phone closer to the router, twice, I was right next to it last time. Still nothing.
Used the reset buttons on the devices and tried again, multiple times, still nothing.
Where do I go from here?

Hello, You are not alone. Changing a WIFI setup is a big pain for Nest Cameras. If you can give the new setup the exact same name as the old WIFI and the exact same password. Then power down all the devices that don't auto-connect and they should the reconnect.
If you can't do there here is the official directions for how to proceed...

Even after the factory reset, would the camera still be on the old WIFI?
