Our new house came with a nest doorbell. I reset it to factory settings but I don’t know how to connect it to my Google Home app. Help!

You’ll need access to the back of the doorbell. There you will find a set up key and QR code that is used to set up the device in the app.

I was able to get through to the 800 number and somebody walked me through what I needed to do. The previous owners did not delete they are nest account so that had to be done before I could scan the code on the back of the doorbell.
