New nest wired doorbell will not connect

I am replacing my nest doorbell wired (wired not a choice in drop down with the same model (new front door installed and previous one was damaged).  I have followed all of the instructions on install, however the camera will not connect.  I have received several different NC codes and followed all of the trouble shooting suggestions( reset camera, close app, restart iPhone, restart modem, turn Bluetooth and wireless off and on, etc).  I also took it back inside and connected it to usb power next to router.   Any other suggestions ?

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Could you tell us the exact error message you're getting? Also, how far is your camera from your Wi-Fi router?
