Next Cam battery won't reset

My indoor/outdoor nest cam worked fine and then we moved and 2/3 cameras work fine on the new network, but the third one will not connect. I have tried several times to reset it but even if I hold it for 10/20/30 seconds I cannot hear a chime and the light remains solid green. When attempted to connect it I always get an error, "Something went wrong - Try connecting again. If that doesn't work, try rebooting your device or turning your phone's Airplane mode on and off before trying again." None of these things work and I assume that the problem lies with not being able to reset the camera.

Sometimes it can be tricky to actually get the reset button pressed down with a paperclip. Are you getting ANY response when pressing the reset button? "At 10 seconds, the status light will blink yellow four times, and you’ll hear a countdown tone."

I’m not getting any response. I tried a paper clip and a safety pin.

I was able to finally reset it, but still unable to connect the one camera. I get an error every time.
