Next Gen2 doorbell

Installed yesterday, everything worked.

installer left and I haven’t been able to connect camera since. 
I get camera is not connected to wifi message, but can’t find  out how to reconnect

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community and for sharing with us your concern. I'm sorry to hear about what happened after the installer left. To confirm, are you getting any error messages? Try restarting your Nest Doorbell and your Wi-Fi router. 


Give these steps a try:

  1. Locate the reset pinhole on the back of your Nest Doorbell.
  • Tip: The reset pin on the Nest Doorbell 2nd gen (wired) is located below the USB port on the back of your Nest Doorbell.
  1. Press and hold for 5 seconds.
  2. Your Nest Doorbell will restart, and the status light will be steady, solid white.
