Next Hello (wired, outdoor) Not Working and Hot

Hello. My nest hello is not working. It's been offline for about three hours and it's quite warm to the touch, even after pressing a cold paper towel against the exterior. I notice the top is much warmer than the bottom. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Is your Nest Hello Doorbell still offline? In hot weather our Nest Hello Doorbells can get quite warm, especially if the sun is shining on them, but they don't go offline.

@ZCarpenter1, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far? How far is it from your Wi-Fi router? Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera? Try restarting your Nest Doorbell and Wi-Fi router.
