No Save or download option anywhere.

Hi. I am using an iPhone 12 and have both Nest app and Google Home App. I have selected my video clip, clicked Event Details, etc and there is NO a download or Save option to be found anywhere. It does not appear when scrolling up down and all around. There are no 3 stacked lines options. Just 3 dots or a settings cog. No Download arrow. Please help. Thank you.
