I can’t hear any sound when viewing in the Nest app live or on any recordings. Also, when I press the talk button, I don’t hear a chime nor do I hear myself speaking. I tried restarting the camera. I have not tried to reset the camera. I wanted to see if anyone else would have a solution before I reset.
I have 3 nest cameras 1 with a IQ and 2 older nest cameras I really can’t say when it started but yes I am having the same problem with different phones.IPhone 11 and 12 plus the person outside can hear me talk but I can’t hear them when they talk and yes I know there is going to be a delay I understand that. And I have a new camera with the flood light and I don’t have any problems with it and I have a doorbell camera and I don’t have any problems with it. And all the settings are the same that you can adjust the IQ you can’t adjust anything.
