No customer support!

I have other nest products. Now I’m choosing between nest, ring, blink, zmodo and the wyze cameras. Zmodo has excellent indoor camera customer support. The other cameras are out door. Nest is theeeee worst support. I simply forgot my password. No email sent to me on how to change, have spent an hour on this. Please! Do not fall into the Google trap! Everyone is better with support compared to google. They know you’ll buy their brand and haha! Good luck for you when you have any issue.

Google Support used to be brilliant. I feel like I was lured it then dropped!

My issue I accidently solved myself. Doorbell not showing on Hub Max. Some had set the 'Do not disturb' which overrides all notifications snd announcements.

If you're trying to recover a Google Account (gmail) password, I don't think Google Nest even has access to help; I think you have to go through the steps described here:

If you're still on the Google Nest app with an unmigrated non-gmail account, I think you'd have to follow the steps described here:
