Product: google doorbell (battery)
There is no option in the events or notifications to select doorbell press event to send a push notification to my phone when someone pushes the doorbell button.
The main reason i got the doorbell was to receive notifications to my phone.
This feature is also needed because the motion and event detection is so slow and often takes 8-15 mins to reach the phone.
Please add the ability to send a fast alert directly to the phone when the doorbell button is pressed.
P.s. the notification needs to bypass the current notifications system, because the current system is often delayed 9-15 minutes for me.

Support suggested re-installing the google home app on my android phone.
This resolved the issue and after re-installing the app, notifications now come through quickly.
If anyone else has this issue, try re-installing the google home app first.
Thanks brad, no longer need your help.
