No event detected

I've had my Google outdoor camera for years now and just recently when I upgraded to Nest Aware plus subscription (24/7 video recording), I still have gaps in my history that reflects 'no event detected'. Since I am paying for the higher priced subscription I should get 24/7 video with NO breaks in recording but am seeing this happen alot more often. Sometimes you can see motion at first but when u scroll it turns the video black with the comment 'no event detected'. How do I fix this so I have continuous recording for which I paid for?!?!?

It almost seems like your Nest Aware Plus subscription isn't active or being recognized. I'm just another Google Nest customer, but you can check what type of subscription is active by going to the Google Nest app and selecting "Settings" and then "Nest Aware". The Nest Aware screen should say "Active: Nest Aware Plus". You should get the same result if you select your camera, and then "Settings" and then "Nest Aware". (It doesn't seem that you have more than one "home" or "structure" in the Google Nest app or in the Google Home app, but if you do, a Nest Aware subscription applies to only one "home".)

You can also check your Nest Aware subscription here: https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US

If it says "Nest Aware Plus" in all three places, you may need to contact Google Nest Support: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp?hl=en

I did confirm that I have the Nest Aware Plus subscription active but will check the Home App to see if the 'home' maybe set-up incorrectly.  It seems like this all became a problem when I switched subscriptions and upgraded to Nest Aware Plus.
