I am currently using the new home preview version on Android and IoS. Starting today my recording history is just showing as no events recorded. I have gone over back over the past 60 days and it is also showing as no events recorded. My camera is plugged in so there should be no issue and there hasn't been any issue up until now with recording events. I have nest aware. Any help please

Hi Mattd1,
I am also seeing no events from the camera view on the Google Home app. But I can see all events from the 'Activity' section of the Google Home app (preview version).
I will flag this for the attention of the Google Nest team.

FYI- You are right I can see activity from yesterday in the “activity” section. However, I had activity notifications this morning when I left the house but those from today are not recorded in the “activity” section . Says “no events recorded” today. Just fyi, thanks!

Thanks for the extra information.
I have reported this to the Google Nest team.

I have the same issue, all my event history has disappeared and when I click on a new event it takes me back to a random time many hours ago, when no event even happened.
Support are looking into it

Hi everyone,
@All thanks for posting here in the community. Let's get the most out of your Nest Cameras and Nest Aware subscription and see what we can do here. For starters, can you go out from the preview mode and see if you can see the live feed? Are you the only one who has access to the Nest Camera from the Nest app or Google Home app? Were there any recent changes in your app settings? Is this happening to only one device?
Give these steps a try:
Keep us posted.
I appreciate the help, Cathal_S.
Best,
Emerson

I just checked and all of my recordings are back. No restart needed, but glad to see it recording again.

I have tried all those things and it still doesn't work.
There also doesn't seem to be an option to view history using the Web links

I am seeing the same issue. All my events including past events are gone.

I'm experiencing the same issue where my history is unavailable from the main camera page, with every day showing a message that says "No events recorded". I'm running a Nest Cam (wired) with the preview version of the Home app on my Pixel 6p. I've tried reinstalling the app and restarting my router and camera. The live feed is available both in the app and in the web version. I can view my recording history from the camera menu by tapping the sandwich button at the bottom left, then tapping History. I also have an active Nest Aware subscription. I've made no recent changes to any app settings.

I can confirm I see the history when I go through that button, but no events on the main page. Clicking on a history item takes me to the wrong time in the 24/7 recording.

I was getting this too.
I've tried everything but have now removed myself from the Preview version which immediately fixed the issue
