I am getting alerts but there are no clips in my history. I have moved my camera to a different property and there was no service for a while. How can I resolve this?

This is almost always because your Nest Aware subscription has run out.

Hi there, CMB.
Mdr2 is correct, it is most likely because your Nest Aware subscription has lapsed, or you do not yet have one. You will need one to save video and clips.
