No issues for 2 years door bell rang and went offline

Also this is the nest wired doorbell but it wasn’t an option.

I’ve had this door bell for 2 years with infrequent issues but yesterday after it was rang it went offline and will not return. I reset the power but nothing. 
it is -25F with wind chill going below -40F

You are well below it's specified operating temp of -4F. It has a storage temp down to -40F. So it might start working again if it gets warmer.
