No live feed indoor cam

Hi everyone

I have an issue with my nest indoor wired cam.

I have bought 3 nest cam battery and 2 indoor cam wired.

The 3 battery cams have no issue anywhere.

But the 2 wired cameras I cannot get them going. I have no live feed and no motion detection whatsoever.

I set everything up, they appear in Google Home, but when I try to access them, they say "Camera unavailable", and "Live video unavailable" just beneath.

I have spent so long on this issue and I have found out that when I hotspot the same wifi from my house via my phone it seems to work. Unsurprisingly when I hotspot using my mobile data it works fine.

I have also tried reset, 2.4ghz wifi and putting it closer... also have read that creating a new home would solve any nest network issues, but that still didn't work.

So it might be something to do with my house networking but that isn't the case, as when I add the device my family members receive a notification that the device has been added, and when I remove it from our home it automatically resets itself. So connection to the internet is not an issue. Just the live feed and the camera functionality overall.

I have finally solved the issue, it was due to my ISP filtering policy, either it was port filtering or the family filter that was active. Not too sure why it was active and why the indoor cams only failed to work.

I spent way too long on this issue and if this kept on I would have started to get gray hairs from this XD

Hard reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 12 or 13 seconds

Then add the camera by writing the code not by scanning the code, don't scan the code just write the code yourself
