No live video in Home App

Hej Google Service

I have a outdoor camera with battery connected to permanent power. I went through the whole set up and every thing is fine.

I can se the camera in my home app, can turn it on and of and adjust all the parameters i want.

I get notifications and can se the history where it shows fine videos.

 

But i cant get any live feed from the camera, no matter what i do.

I removed the camera in the app, restarted it, factory reset i nothing is working no live video.

I have a fine and stadiy connection nothing is working.

I also tried the other options from the other post but nothing is working.

Can you healp me?

I'm pretty sure this is a problem with the Google back-end servers.  A few people have reported this and they seem to get it fixed by contacting Google Tech support for help.    You can open a ticket here:

OK I give it a try

I dont se this problem as solved, so could you let this thread open until I have a working product?
