No nest video

Lost doorbell video recordings. The next day the live video feed went out. My aware acct is up to date and paid. Tried to reset nest but won't let me cut it says it's in use by another user. ME!!

The doorbell doesn't show up in the nest app either, so I can't reinstall it.

  • Do you still need help with this issue?

  • Have you made sure that you are logged into the correct email associated with your devices?

  • Have you restarted your devices including your phone, to see if that fixes the issue?
