No recorded events nest camera history gone disappeared

I had been able to access the history of the activity  picked up by my new Nest cameras until today - it disappeared just 4 days after installation. My cams came with 30 day subscription free — but I re-subscribed just in case. Still NOTHING. I know the cameras should have picked up activity yesterday but they didn’t. And the history from 2 days ago seems deleted.  Any advice?

@PBwhat

Do you by any chance have more than one "home" set up in the Google Home app?  Your Nest Aware subscription needs to be set up for the same "home" in which your cameras are located.

If you go to your camera or doorbell in the Google Home app and select "Settings" and then "Nest Aware", it should say "Active" Nest Aware Plus" or "Active: Nest Aware" if your subscription is active.

If you go to the Google Home app and select "Settings" on the first screen and then select "Nest Aware", it should also tell what you have for Nest Aware.

If you go to this Subscriptions page in the Google Store, it should tell you your current Nest Aware subscription and when it ends: https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US
