The sound from my doorbell is not audible on the app on my phone (or my wife’s) not sure when it stopped working. Checked all app setting and they appear correct, rebooted camera and then did a factory reset and reloaded camera on app, still no sound. Not sure if it’s related but the doorbell now only works occasionally, checked all wires and everything appears secure. Doorbell has been installed and working for ~2 years before this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

The most reasonable thing to assume here would be that the mic on the camera is just physically broken, I think. Especially considering you've factory reset and reproduced the problem on multiple devices.
