No video, just local outdoor temp

I have had my wired Nest doorbell for about 3 years. I have always logged in using a non-Google email. I have never been able to connect with my Google account. Recently, I cannot log in with my traditional account. When I asked to reset my password and send my password to my MSN email, nothing shows up in my Inbox or junk mail. I’ve tried several times. When I try to log in with my Google account, there is no video or event logging, just the word “Home” and the local outdoor weather condition report. I bought Google Home Aware and that did not help. I reset my internet and the power to my entry. That did not work. Not sure what to do.

I’m pretty much having the similar issues except my current unit is less than 4 months old but only worked for about 2 months. Customer support gave me a 3 hour run around rather than simply replacing a faulty device.

Sorry to hear about your experience in signing in. Your devices are not associated with the email you used to sign in if you are only seeing the weather. Make sure you are signing in to the right email or ask a family member to add your email if needed.
