Can not get recorded video for awhile now. What is the issue? Maybe because I got a new credit card? Thanks.

Do you have an active Nest Aware subscription?
If you have a 1st gen subscription, you should be able to check here:
htps://store.nest.com/account/subscriptions
If you have a 2nd gen subscription (available since 2019 with a Google Account):
https://store.google.com/subscriptions
You should also be able to check in the Google Nest app by going to Settings | Nest Aware.
