Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I would love to look into this issue for you. I can imagine it's been quite frustrating for you to handle. When you state that your footage only shows stills, are you seeing any other clips? It sounds like you do not have a Nest Aware subscription if you are only seeing still photos. There should be footage if you have a subscription. Learn more here on how to subscribe. I have a subscription and I got an email that 6 dollars will be taken on September 20th for this month. So if someone doesn’t contact me soon on the issue that I’m having, I’m going to cancel the subscription for service I’m not getting anyway.
