Not Getting Notifications from Outdoor Cameras

We are not getting Push Notifications on our devices when People are detected on our Nest Outdpor Cams. We have two accounts linked to those cameras and we both get perfect notifications at our other house. All our devices have matching settings. 
Also, even though I have ONLY People selected, under events, it is detecting Motion. On my husband’s devices, it detects People.  But both of us do NOT get Push notifications even though we have it set up to receive them.

Also, even though I have it set of for People only inside an activity zone and nothing for outside of a zone, the event detail is showing “motion” outside of the zone.

What a mess. This household does not work at all even though our other house has five cameras and all events and notifications work flawlessly.

Can someone please suggest a fix? Thanks!
