Not recording events

My nest doorbell wired isn't recording any events. It used to for just a year. One day it just stopped. I also no longer receive notifications.

Me too. No longer notifies me if the button is pressed, it doesn’t record events, it doesn’t notice if anyone is in front of the camera. However I can still get a live feed of the camera on my phone and change the devices settings.

A few questions: what model of Nest doorbells do you have? What is the color of the status light? Which app are you using — Google Home or the Nest app?
