I now have the New Nest doorbell and outside cam battery . With the older Nest cameras, i recieved a GIF or screenshot at what cause the notification, but now all i get was a message that says check your phone which sucks. Makes me rethink what Google is doing. I step forward, 3 steps back. I hope someone is working on this.

I still have the same issue and i know others as well. Ring doesn't have this problem so i know it's not the watch, it's the software.

Hi there,
I totally understand how frustrating this must be for any of our Smartwatch users. I am afraid at this time, I do not have an answer to give. There is no such option to update, remove or change the gif.
Best Regards,
Brad.
