Notifications gone and cameras say offline when watching footage back

After working fine the notifications have stopped coming to mine and my wife’s phone from the doorbell and 2 cameras. When look on the google home app it says the cameras/doorbell are unavailable when trying to watch motion from that day back. Haven’t done anything to change this it has all just happened. Any ideas?

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be. I would love to help you find a solution to this issue. 

  • Do you still need help with this issue?

  • What troubleshooting steps have you done thus far? 

  • Have you tried to restart your device if you haven’t already?

  • If the restart didn’t work, have you tried to do a Factory Reset? This would be a last resort option, but would clear out issues and the device would essentially be ‘brand new’

Thanks for response. Issue still there. Not tried any troubleshooting as concerned about resetting everything. This has happened on mine and my wife’s phone so presuming it isn’t the phones. How would I reset the cameras? Do the notifications only work with the subscription?
