Notifications quitting

I’m having trouble getting push notificaions.
 
Cleared the Nest cache
Cleared the Net storage
Turned the camera off in the nest app
Restarted the phone
 
Notifications work perfectly for about an hour and then stops completely.
Repeat above steps and it works again for a while.
 
I have an Android phone version 10, Battery saver is turned off and not optimized in the Nest app.
In developer options Adaptive notification priority is turned off.
 
Have factory reset the phone and the doorbell it makes no difference.
I am subscribed to Nest Aware but tried canceling and resigned up, no difference.
I also have an Apple ipad and notifications work perfectly.
 
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
