Notifications stopped working

Hello! Probably a few weeks ago, I think after an iOS upgrade, I stopped getting nest push notifications on my iPhone. I have done everything suggested on this forum to date ( I think) except a factory reset of the phone. I did do a reset of all settings. And that’s annoying enough! Any other ideas? Do I understand I cannot change to using the google app as I have older nest cameras? iPhone 11. This nest system is amongst the buggiest I’ve ever used.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be. I would love to help you find a solution to this issue. As for a fix for this issue, A Factory Reset seems to be the fix if it's not working for you. It would be a new device, but you should start getting the regular notifications again.
