Notifications to family/household members

Why am I the only one that is getting alerts from our Nest Doorbell (Wired)? I have my wife and son added as family/household members, but they do not get any alerts when activity is detected.  I've checked the Nest and Home apps on their phones, they have exactly the same settings to receive push notifications as I do, but they aren't receiving anything.

We have same issue. Like to know what is going on.

I was given these as things to check and try to correct the issue, haven't had a chance to work them yet:

 
- Please check if the members have updated the Nest app version.
- Did everyone enable the Nest app permissions?
      - If yes, then remove access to the members and re invite them to the home
