Are you updated to the latest update? I know there was an update for the Nest App that went out, but if you have migrated to Google Home, I would contact Support and troubleshoot this issue with them so the issue can be escalated if needs be.

Hi Brad,

I am using Google Home. I have contacted Support and troubleshooted the issue (starting 3 months ago) - it is yet to be resolved.
