I got a notification that my cam is offline.

I couldn't get it back working..I tried everything..I deleted it off my cell and tried to reinstall..the app Nest or Google doesn't connect anylonger...the QR nope..the code doesn't give list of serial numbers

Have you tried troubleshooting the physical device? Restart or factory reset?

I’m having the same issue! Tried restarting and factory reset nothing worked even purchased a Wi-Fi extender still not working
