Need help I’ve been offline and have WiFi access, can someone assist

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Could you tell us the exact message you're getting? What Nest device do you have? Is this your first time setting it up? How far is your device from your Wi-Fi router? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this?
