I am in need of video footage from 5 months ago. I have a subscription that goes back 60 days on recordings.
This is for a crime that was committed in my shop.
Is there way, for a fee or not, to obtain footage from 5 months ago? Would having courts documents help aid in the severity of the situation?

On the page below, Google Nest says "All video history is deleted on a rolling basis. This means that, depending on the Nest Aware subscription you have, older saved video is deleted from the cloud after a certain number of days."

I think it would be improper and perhaps illegal for Google Nest to retain our video history for longer than we have authorized them to in our subscriptions.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear about your shop being broken into, I am sure that has been a really tough situation. @MplsCustomer is correct, that footage no longer exists if you cannot currently view it in the app. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Best regards,
Brad
