Hi,
I have the Nest camera with the outdoor cord. I live in Los Angeles where it is hot, dry, and hardly ever rains. Yet for some reason, my outdoor camera stopped working and when I investigated why, I found that both the USB end and the housing for it have water corrosion.
Why? Can someone please tell me how I can get a replacement without having to buy a new one because I do not think I should have to pay for another one when the product does not work as advertised. Thank you.
