Outdoor Camera (Floodlights not working)

Hooked up the wired camera (with floodlight) in my backyard in place of my standard floodlights. Everything seems to work as advertised, but the floodlights do not turn on. The camera and the microphone work though. When using the app to turn the floodlights on/off I could hear a clicking sound from the device but nothing was happening. Now there is no clicking sound at all when trying to turn them on/off. I've also disconnected the entire unit and reinstalled it but no change. Is there anything else I can do, or do I just need to take it down and return it?

Thanks for posting here in the community and we appreciate you sharing with us what you've experienced with your Nest camera with floodlight. I know that you're having trouble turning on your floodlights through the Google Home App. Try doing the steps from this link. In case the issue persists, you might want to double check the physical wires of your floodlights. Then you may remove it from the Google Home app and reset the actual Nest camera to the factory default and re-add it to the app.
