I tried to set up the outdoor camera using the QR code but the set up got stuck once I entered the serial number. Once I enter the last four digits of the serial number the screen went black. I downloaded the google home app and tried going through the same steps - and got the same results.
1. Is the camera defective?
2. Am I missing a step?
3. Is there anyone in tech that I can talk with to help me with the set up?
4. Is there an actual telephone number, chat, or any real time person who can give me instructions on setting up the camera?
