Outdoor battery google Nest Camera light never turns blue after factory reset chime

Outdoor battery Google Nest Camera light never turns blue even after the factory reset chime it just stays solid white and then gets an error message on the phone that it didn't connect. I have tried factory rest 4 times and held down for 12 seconds I do it get a chime but still no blue light.

You should get the following:

"At 10 seconds, the status light will blink yellow four times, and you'll hear a countdown tone.
At 12 seconds, the status light will be steady, solid yellow while the camera starts the factory reset, and you'll hear a confirmation tone."

Judging from reports from other customers, you may have to hold down the reset button for more than 12 seconds.
